Bolsa Chica State Beach runs from Seapoint Avenue to Warner Avenue in Huntington Beach, Ca. It is a 3 mile long stretch of beach. It sits between Huntington Dog Beach and Sunset Beach.
Bolsa Chica State Beach is popular for surfing, volleyball, water sports, surf fishing, and camping.
There is a large pay parking lot here.
The Bolsa Chica Ecological Reserve is across the street from the state beach.
Bolsa Chica has 50 campsites with electric and water hook-ups for self-contained RVs. There are picnic tables, outdoor showers, restrooms, and fire rings available. No tent camping here. There is a small store and a seasonal cafe.
Lifeguards are on duty between Memorial Day and Labor Day weekend.
The Huntington Beach Bicycle trail runs from Huntington State Beach all the way to Bolsa Chica State Beach. This is a nice paved trail. It is great for bikes, jogging, and walking.
